Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• You will drive the Market procurement strategy to secure an efficient, compliant, and future-ready
• Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
• Ensure strong partnerships, compliance, and cost-efficient operations
• Set and monitor procurement goals, KPIs, and supplier performance
• Secure Construction & Facilities supplier base for expansion and cost efficiency
• Onboard new suppliers per PQQ requirements and maintain a compliant network

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Construction, Law or equivalent
• Procurement certifications are a plus
• 3+ years procurement experience in facility/construction management
• Experience in international, matrix organizations
• Strong procurement, negotiation, and supplier management skills
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
