📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for merchants/venues
• Validate info across contracts and tools
• Communicate device returns and send shipping labels
• Track returns and recover company-owned devices
• Coordinate with Logistics, Hardware, Finance and Support to resolve cases
• Update records across systems and close cases

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or asset management
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume cases
• Detail-oriented with multi-system data handling
• Excellent written communication with merchants and stakeholders
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and inventory tools
• German (B2) and English proficiency
