📋 Description

• Perform head-to-toe assessments in home visits
• Provide skilled nursing in home health care
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
• Deliver wound assessment, care and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• At least one year of adult/geriatric care experience
