Independent Living Specialist - Float

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and independence
• Support appointments, errands, employment activities, and community involvement
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and daily needs
• Help develop budgeting, household management, health and safety skills
• Follow individualized support and service plans

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental illness
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel within approximately a 30-minute radius of South Metro
• Comfortable transporting individuals in personal vehicle
• Independent work style with adaptability to different programs and needs
