🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in direct project management delivering enterprise, customer-facing projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience building/scaling PMO governance with AI-enabled delivery tools.
• Track record of managing multiple complex engagements in fast-paced tech.
• Mentoring juniors to mid-level PMs; strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Google Workspace.
