Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Support cultivation processes across Flower and Harvest stages based on dept needs.
• Prune, defoliate, stake, feed plants; monitor environmental conditions and adjust for growth.
• Harvest: assist with cutting, trimming, drying prep, and quality checks.
• Maintain clean, organized, sanitized workspaces and follow safety procedures.
• Support inventory and record-keeping in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals in a team-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in hands-on plant work and cannabis cultivation; team player with flexibility.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality; reliability in following processes.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and physical work; basic math and measurement skills; high school
• Previous cultivation, agriculture, landscaping, or horticulture experience a plus.
• Willingness to work varied shifts in multiple stages of the lifecycle (Nursery, Flower, Harvest).
