📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution.
• Identify, develop, and negotiate partnerships with venues and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to bring experiences
• Scale successful experiences across additional cities and markets with replicable models.
• Monitor venue negotiations, terms, and relationships to ensure quality delivery.
• Analyze business performance, including P&L tracking, forecasting, and efficiency improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development
• German on a native level and fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills to build meaningful partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Resilient, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and
