Shift Supervisor - Day Shift

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end shift operations for Vehicle Operators and Fleet Specialists with Dispatch.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vehicle Operators; handle performance and time off.
• Uphold safety/compliance; conduct pre-trip inspections and DVI reports.
• Monitor crew fatigue; adjust assignments and escalate safety concerns.
• Own shift-to-shift handoffs; ensure clean status of issues and loads.
• Represent Waabi professionally with facilities, partners, and site contacts.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in fleet operations/logistics or transportation management.
• Proven leadership in CDL operators or shift-based teams.
• Active Class A CDL strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA Hours of Service and compliance.
• Experience with fleet management software, scheduling, telematics.
• Excellent written communication and decision-making under ambiguity.
