- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs of business, team and guests
- Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by using metrics for business-driving decisions
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
