Business Assistant (with Russian and English)

Executive Assistant is responsible for execution of assignments given by the CEO of the company. These assignments can be absolutely different in their nature and can range from managing a marketing campaign to helping customers to preparing and analyzing reports.

Daily activities include but are not limited to:

• Control proper administration of tasks

• Control compliance with budget and timelines

• Create models and data tables in spreadsheets

• Write and publish advertising content on social media

• Research information on different topics

• Assist in website development and maintenance

• Run marketing campaigns

• Analyze marketing campaign performance

• Control execution of agreements

• Plan and organize

• Improve products, services and image of the company

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken, have excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities, and be action-oriented. It is full-time, remote position (New York Time Zone) with orientation on further development in management.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience to prepare complex reports and presentations with statistical data

• Excellent administration and organizational skills

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and constantly switch between them

• Professional 30+

• Powerful computer

• Stable and fast internet

• Place without distraction and noise
