📋 Description

• Lead and accelerate hiring across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and G&A.
• Own end-to-end recruiting and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build healthy pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Maintain a strong hiring bar with structured screening and evaluation.
• Use recruiting data to improve efficiency and identify bottlenecks.
• Support employer branding and leverage ATS tools and AI automation where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing tech.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building ability.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics awareness.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Ninehire, Greeting).
• Open to using AI and automation tools to boost productivity and efficiency.
