• Senior People Partner for India; strategic partner to Country Manager and leadership
• Align people agenda with business priorities; lead transformation and integration work
• Collaborate with global People teams and Centres of Excellence to implement programs locally
• Support M&A, integration, and corporate initiatives affecting India

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field (or equivalent)
• Progressive HR business partner experience in global, matrixed orgs
• Strong understanding of Indian employment landscape and culture
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent, performance and engagement
• Experience supporting people aspects of mergers, acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven, evidence-based approach
