Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end patientpoint installation and product implementation for new customers
• Act as liaison between Sales, Field Technicians, and Clients
• Ensure seamless transition from sale to service and set tone for customer success
• Coordinate program rollouts with contractors, facilities, and stakeholders
• Oversee on-site deployments, installation readiness, and issue resolution
• Manage project timelines and dependencies to support go-lives in healthcare facilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing
• Strong ERP and project coordination experience; field installation management
• In-field site assessments and readiness for deployments in healthcare facilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training
