In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) in
• Assist with instrumental ADLs: laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, light meals
• Measure and document participants’ vital signs as instructed
• Act as medical escort to appointments and support safe transfers
• Assist Rehabilitation team with home exercise programs per care plan
• Provide translation services as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current BLS/First Aid Certification required
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Must be registered with Home Care Registry prior to start date
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
