📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one home health PT visits in Hudson County, NJ.
• Manage own schedule with interdisciplinary team support.
• Assist adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

🎯 Requirements

• New Jersey PT license.
• Accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and work independently.
