Lead Clinical Psychologist

📋 Description

• Lead the psychology program for Backpack Health, building a new clinical psychology service line.
• Provide high-quality psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and families, including
• Establish clinical standards, supervise staff, and shape scalable processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, billing, credentialing, and leadership to launch services.
• Monitor volume, reimbursement, staffing, and workflow performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology (or related field).
• Active and unrestricted license in at least one state Backpack Health operates.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing (ADHD, Autism, etc.).
• Knowledge of standardized testing, report writing, ethics, and test security.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families; supervision experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Georgia, Michigan, Virginia, and Illinois.
