Senior Corporate G&A Recruiter

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions (G&A, Environmental Health and Safety
• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to translate workforce plans into actionable
• Source and engage passive and active candidates; build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage offers, compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and closing with a focus on candidate
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and contribute to pipeline and time-to-fill reporting.
• Help design scalable interview frameworks and maintain a high-touch candidate experience aligned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or
• Proven ability to lead complex, senior-level searches (Director level and above) with discretion
• Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup/tech/aerospace/defense
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders and provide
• Highly collaborative, with ability to independently manage a full book of business.
