Plant Manager

📋 Description

• Lead safe, high-performing plant operations that meet SQDC objectives
• Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse ops to meet demand
• Develop leaders and build capability through coaching and engagement
• Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency via Lean and data-driven decisions
• Own plant performance and financials, drive cost reductions
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality on launches and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership with safety, quality, delivery, cost focus
• Proven success leading and developing teams in fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong understanding of plant operations: production, maintenance, quality, inventory, workforce
• Track record delivering results with SQDC metrics
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $165,000 - $175,000 base
• Annual bonus varying by level
