📋 Description

• Role in Internal Operations focusing on credit risk, compliance and payments in a fintech
• Own insolvent merchant cases end-to-end across UK, France and Spain and expand to other
• Coordinate internal teams (credit control, legal, finance) on insolvency matters.
• Manage documentation, case tracking, and escalation of complex/high-value cases.
• Operate ticketing via Zendesk for inactive companies and insolvencies.
• Base salary range and hybrid working pattern discussed with team leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest/experience in credit risk, insolvency or financial operations.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across teams.
• Confident communication, written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Hybrid work pattern; flexibility to come into the Riga office during probation/periods.
• Fluent English; willingness to work across borders and different jurisdictions.
