📋 Description

• Lead strategic priorities across 30+ markets with cross-functional teams
• Drive topline and bottomline growth for 1P/EMEA markets
• Define initiatives, forecast performance, and align planning with execution
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Ops to enable scalable growth
• Build tools and processes for visibility and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, consulting, or growth roles
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder mgmt
• Excel modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• BI experience (Looker) and data-driven decision making
• SQL is a plus; ability to translate data into actions
