📋 Description

• Support the sales team by handling admin needs and ensuring smooth sales cycle operations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build quotes and manage pipeline data.
• Provide remote client support and liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Assist with pipeline management and system maintenance for data accuracy.
• Offer remote, client-focused support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years in a related field.
• 1+ years experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Proven customer service experience and strong record-keeping.
• Ability to travel 2-4 times per year for in-person meetings.
