• Own the customer journey through the first 90 days
• Run consultative conversations and product demos
• Guide small business setup and adoption
• Manage personal pipeline and opportunities
• Lead 1:1 and group onboarding sessions
• Cover core workflows: invoicing, bills, payments, bank feeds

• Excellent communication; translate accounting concepts
• Self-motivated; manage workload with minimal oversight
• Target-driven; metrics matter
• Curious about small business workflows and accounting
• Success in sales or onboarding; manage own pipeline
• Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
