Job Description
📋 Description
- Deliver high-quality implementation and coordinate support that drives impact for LEAs.
- Develop understanding of each LEA’s context, priorities, systems, and challenges.
- Design and facilitate professional learning and coaching cycles to strengthen RTI²-A+B and
- Co-develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders, including outcomes, milestones, and
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, data collection, and follow-up for assigned LEAs.
- Monitor progress and adjust technical assistance based on implementation data and partner needs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- K–12 teaching experience (3+ years) with impact on student outcomes; coaching experience (1+ year)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Data analysis and synthesis to inform decisions
- Project management and ability to coordinate across multiple partners
