📋 Description

• Hybrid L&D role based in Austin, TX; partner with Business Technology Group to translate
• Design, develop, and deliver learning initiatives; onboarding, employee development, and
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning materials; maintain LMS courses and resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, and completion records; gather feedback to improve
• Deliver engaging experiences for technical and nontechnical audiences, from staff to executives.
• Stay informed on instructional design practices and learning technologies to support system changes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience developing learning for systems/tools and translating complex technical topics into
• Strong facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work with subject-matter experts and adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person training as needed.
