📋 Description

• Develop GTM strategy for new market penetration in Carroll County, MD
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners
• Attend in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to address needs and barriers
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Carroll County, MD
• English fluency
• 1-4 years of proven sales experience; KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance
• Strong interpersonal, consultative selling, and project management skills
