🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR, preferably SaaS/hi-tech.
• 2+ years as HRBP or HR Generalist supporting diverse roles.
• Proven experience managing complex global employee relations.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to improve HR efficiency.
• Strong program/project management and business acumen.
