In-Home Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on personal care in participants' homes
• Assist with ADLs and instrumental tasks per care plan
• Transport participants to medical appointments as needed
• Support rehabilitation exercises per IDT plan

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Current BLS/First Aid certification
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Registered with Home Care Registry before start
• CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
