- Lead the evolution of our People Operations ecosystem to simplify, standardize, and automate HR
- Partner across HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to redesign how work gets done—from hire to
- Oversee HRIS Operations and People Services to ensure efficiency and service quality.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in People Ops, HR Ops, or related field.
- 5+ years leading managers and operational teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale process transformation.
- Strong HR tech background (Workday or similar HRIS, case management, workflow tools).
- Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or operational excellence methodology expertise.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
