Job Description
📋 Description
- Handle customer order processing and pricing control in Americas.
- Escalate order errors across channels per data/approval standards.
- Maintain pricing data and resolve price issues, UPC mistakes, delisted items.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Support, Replenishment, Master Data, Claims, and Commercial teams.
- Seek opportunities to streamline operations and increase automation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field, or equivalent work
- 1-3 years in order management, pricing, or customer service operations
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI
- Experience with order exception and approval tracking tools
- Strong data accuracy, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication
