• 12+ years of Recruitment in a fast-paced global org.
• 6+ years leading teams and handling escalations.
• Extensive full-cycle recruitment in tech markets.
• Experience leading global Recruiting projects and change management.
• Proven experience creating and driving Tech Recruiting strategies.
• Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building in unstructured environments.
