Lead Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Manage cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
• Serve as role-model and resource for cultivation staff on policies and procedures.
• Oversee cultivation tasks to ensure compliance with state standards and Cresco Labs policies.
• Coordinate with Garden Manager and harvest teams to communicate needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior staff or new hires.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a production facility or equivalent; relevant training accepted.
• Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
