Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide day-to-day administration and support of the HRIS/HCM environment.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and field teams to ensure accurate, connected HR data.
- Analyze HR data and translate findings into actionable insights for HR partners.
- Support system configuration, upgrades, testing, and data validation.
- Monitor integrations and data feeds between HCM and other systems.
- Drive process improvements to simplify and automate HR technology workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS/HCM, HR technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, ADP WFN, UKG, Oracle
- Experience supporting HR data, integrations, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
