- Drive CSM deliverables with timelines and resources.
- Analyze timelines and study assumptions for feasibility.
- Lead Site Engagement Strategy and monitoring plans.
- Oversee site selection, activation, and close-out activities.
- Ensure TMF completeness and inspection readiness.
- Collaborate across SMLs to manage risks and execution.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in medical/scientific field.
- 5+ years clinical research with monitoring/project mgmt exp.
- Experience across multiple study phases and therapeutic areas.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in SOPs, ICH, regulations; English fluency.
- Strong MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/OneNote skills.
