Strategic GTM Programs Director

📋 Description

• Partner with Revenue Operations on annual planning, Revenue OKRs, V2MOM communication, and
• Lead cross-functional programs, pilots, and initiatives with Finance, People, and Marketing to
• Identify dependencies, clarify ownership, surface decisions, and improve collaboration across CRO
• Plan, organize, track schedules, prepare agendas, maintain project documentation, and update status
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, track action items, manage risks, and ensure proper
• Support board and executive meeting preparation; coordinate inputs and drive timely follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in GTM strategy or business/exec operations supporting senior leadership
• Ability to operate as a trusted partner and handle confidential information with sound judgment
• Strong program-management skills coordinating complex, cross-functional work from planning through
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presentations and company
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability to translate goals and data into priorities
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-changing
