Associate, Payment Integrity IBR

📋 Description

• Remote role focused on itemized bill review (IBR) with billing/coding expertise
• Execute internal payment integrity solutions and improve them with cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure claims are paid accurately and timely using Oscar's claim infrastructure and data models
• Report to Manager, Payment Integrity (Pre-Pay)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience
• 2+ years of bill/coding audit experience (hospital/facility UB-04)
• 4+ years of medical coding experience
• Medical coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA)
• Experience with reimbursement methodologies and provider contracts
