📋 Description
- Lead Business Operations in China license entity including KYC/onboarding, transactions processing
- Improve Operations efficiency and SLA by partnering with product teams to optimize processing flows
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of payment operations experience in China cross-border and domestic payments
- 5+ years of leadership experience in team management
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Deep understanding of Chinese payment and cross-border systems, regulatory compliance, AML
- Ability to drive alignment across functions and manage complex projects
- Experience leading operations for RMB/FX cross-border payment products
