Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead counsel to AbbVie’s aesthetics business unit; advise on product launches, patient programs
• Provide cross-functional legal advice across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs
• Guide cross-functional projects aligned to enterprise priorities; translate legal, regulatory
• Mentor and develop legal talent; oversee outside counsel and manage budgets for matters.
• Navigate legal risks across business models and stakeholder relationships.
• Shape legal frameworks, policies and priorities as a thought partner within Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in job location.
• Minimum of 10+ years of legal experience.
• Preferred: expertise in complex legal matters tied to commercial, regulatory and operational
