Sales Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Drive central, global annual planning in partnership with Regional Sales Ops and Supply leaders
• Partner with cross-functional teams on quarterly OKRs and improvement opportunities.
• Build processes to streamline nascent projects, create visibility, and boost sales productivity.
• Diagnose opportunities to strengthen global performance through insights and prioritization of
• Collaborate on sizing new opportunities (host segment, efficiency) to drive growth.
• Develop and refine forecasting methodologies aligned with Sales, Finance, and Analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or related field.
• Expertise in KPIs to measure revenue operations success and optimization opportunities.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel); familiarity with data warehousing and BI reporting
• Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with customer success teams.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to design and evolve financial models.
• Track record partnering with senior leadership to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
