Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - No Weekends

📋 Description

• Travel between Kokomo, Peru, and Lafayette areas.
• Support adults with developmental disabilities in New Castle, IN residential facilities.
• On-call triage for emergencies one week per month (1 week).
• Site visits, vitals, assessments, medication administration counseling, and progress documentation.
• Act as health/medical resource for staff; train staff in medical arena.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and medical care/records policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Indiana LPN license required.
• 1-2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or long-term care preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication; able to work independently and with interdisciplinary team.
• Organizational and computer skills; acceptable background and driving record check.
