Asset Manager Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide on-site Asset Management Assistance for IT inventory for 1 Hand Receipt Holder (HRH).
• Assist Asset Manager to coordinate with Installation Property Book Office for input into DPAS and
• Manage durable and expendable equipment over $500 and input/track IT equipment in ASTS.
• Ensure compliance with Army regs and PAE Fires policies/guidance (AR 710-1, AR 710-2, AR 710-3, DA
• Receive IT equipment, verify delivery accuracy, and document in ASTS/DPAS databases.
• Apply barcodes, store equipment, and transport to users/facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Current SECRET Clearance required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• No DOD 8570 IAT Level Certificates required.
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Current Driver License with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills.
