📋 Description

• Lead and execute store operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management with GM, focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and BOH operations.
• Maintain visual standards and safe, inviting store environment.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers on leadership and day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to move throughout store, shift responsibilities, and work in fast-paced retail.
• Strong business acumen; leverage metrics to drive growth and improve performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on feet for long shifts.
