📋 Description
- Field travel up to 100% in Nashville, TN area; local residency required.
- Travel to provider practices and patient homes for scheduled eye exams.
- Operate company-provided retinal imaging equipment after training.
- Coordinate travel logistics and appointment confirmations; mileage reimbursed.
- Engage with team, providers, payers, and care teams remotely on non-visit days.
- Support quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily up to 100% to provider practices; training provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- 1–3 years in a healthcare setting; knowledge of medical terminology, billing, or coding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams; experience with healthcare systems.
- Strong verbal/written communication; detail-oriented and organized.
