📋 Description

• Define and drive scalable servicing readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data methods.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to create manuals for humans and AI.
• Develop and evolve knowledge bases, SOPs, and learning tools.
• Oversee training design and delivery with measurement loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or product operations.
• Track record delivering efficiency, compliance, customer experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training tools.
• Regulated industries background (fintech/financial services) preferred.
• Strong influence, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
