📋 Description

• Own recruiting companywide, including originating attractive candidates from various pipelines
• Assist leadership with developing compensation and retention programs for senior staff members
• Manage payroll/compensation, benefits, and related administrative matters for a fully distributed
• Oversee annual evaluation process and facilitate year-round performance feedback for individual
• Develop and own employee onboarding and ongoing training processes
• Assist and provide guidance to executive and legal teams on employment law compliance and related

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ total relevant experience
• 3+ years’ experience originating prospective candidates in financial services (e.g., private funds
• Highly organized with well-developed attention to detail and project management abilities
• Prior experience at multistate and/or international employer strongly preferred
• Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor required
