Program Manager, Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead and operationalize Scale's enterprise compliance program across ABAC, gifts/entertainment
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, and GTM teams to improve policies
• Translate regulatory developments into concrete policy changes and track obligations from customer
• Develop and mature the enterprise risk management framework; assess key business risks with
• Design and maintain a reporting layer with metrics for program health for Legal & GRC
• Support audit and assurance activities during peak certification periods and handle compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building or operating ethics and compliance programs in-house, with hands-on ABAC
• Track record of creating policies, processes, and controls from scratch and implementing them in a
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and process improvements.
• Action-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and outcomes-driven focus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience in project management: planning, organizing, and resource management.
