Nurse Practitioner - Georgia-Based (Remote)

📋 Description

• Fully remote NP role focused on women's midlife health.
• Carrying a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT; evaluate pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1
• High-volume, relationship-based care with documentation and productivity targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within the state of Georgia; remote within United States.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years managing perimenopause/menopause patients and prescribing HRT
• 3+ years with continuous NP patient panel and telemedicine
• Multiple active state licenses; DEA preferred
• Menopause and Obesity Medicine certifications preferred
