AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own AI systems end to end from ingestion to serving and the AI layer on top.
• Build production retrieval systems on our data (RAG, semantic search).
• Design and ship agentic workflows with tool integration and memory management.
• Stand up self-service AI and analytics for 200+ internal stakeholders with governance.
• Make AI quality measurable with evals, observability, and cost controls.
• Raise architectural bar with reusable patterns and CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on engineering across data and software.
• 2+ years shipping production LLM/AI systems (RAG, agents, evals, orchestration).
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and
• Cloud engineering experience, AWS preferred; containerized/serverless deployments and CI/CD.
• End-to-end system design ownership and autonomous work style.
• Strong systems thinking, governance, observability, and cost awareness.
