• Senior ops leader for university partnerships, aligning priorities with enrollment goals.
• Oversee reporting across Salesforce and external platforms to monitor performance and partnership
• Lead Post-Verto Planning to support student transitions to partner universities.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes and solutions.
• Manage partnership portfolio, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Track department KPIs and OKRs; drive accountability for goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations with higher ed partnerships or related fields.
• Hands-on Salesforce dashboards/reports experience; translate business needs into technical
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional projects and organizational change.
• Strong process-improvement background (Lean/Six Sigma or similar).
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Excellent PM, organizational, and problem-solving skills; collaborative leader.
