Site Management Lead

📋 Description

• Provide direction and operational expertise for Clinical Site Management (CSM) integrity, quality
• Serve as overall CSM functional study strategy leader or manage area site execution in
• Act as liaison between site monitors, study strategy leader, and Clinical Study Team in a matrix
• Lead site selection, activation, engagement, protocol adherence, and study closeout at study/area
• Oversee monitoring activities, ensure quality deliverables, and track milestones; drive
• Ensure site open/close per Site Closure Plan and contribute to risk mitigation and continuous

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a medical/scientific field.
• 5+ years of industry clinical research experience including 2+ years in monitoring or project
• Experience in multiple study phases (Phase II/III, possibly Phase I) and multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to influence in a matrix environment.
• Proficient in SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics and Compliance.
• Excellent written/spoken English; strong planning/organizational skills; proactive team player.
