Program Manager, Marketplace Operations

📋 Description

• Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio from planning through execution
• Manage multiple workstreams across Analytics, Eng, Marketing, Data Science, Sales
• Run operating cadence with executive-ready status updates
• Maintain a single source of truth for initiatives and milestones
• Use dashboards and SQL to validate project status
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and surface risks

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working SQL knowledge to write basic queries
• Fluency with KPIs like CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, pacing, margin
• Ability to drive alignment without direct authority
• Strong executive communication skills
